In our workshops you can learn traditional Turkish and Italian cheeses individually or in groups. Our pre-production milk, rennet, equipment and recipes are prepared just before we meet you. We produce our cheeses together with the freshest, natural milk of different varieties.
As we turn our milk into cheese, we talk about the scientific and historical journey of cheese as well as its production stages. After the training, you can easily produce all the cheeses you have learned at home or in your dairy farm with peace of mind.
